Save the font to
fonts subdirectory of windows directory
ie. C:\
Windows \ Fonts directory. If the format of
the downloaded font is not Keralite.ttf, change format
to keralite.ttf |

3 : |
This will install
the Malayalam font for viewing the site in Malayalam.
Reload
the browser for viewing the site in Malayalam.
If
you are unable to see the site in Malayalam fonts, you
may need to restart the machine. |

For Windows 98/WinME
- The Font used to display Malayalam
Text on our site is called Keralite.TTF
- This must be downloaded and installed in
the Fonts folder whose path is C:\Windows\Fonts.
You may also directly save the font in to the font library
in windows
- From the Font download site:
http://www.kerala.com/mfont/index.htm, Right-click
on Download Malayalam Font link and then
click on Save Target As... from the popup
menu in Internet Explorer/
Save Link As...or Save Link Target As... in Netscape
Communicator( Navigator)
- In the Save As dialog box locate Save
in: box toward the top.
- You have to get Fonts
folder in Save in: box before
clicking the Save buton to install Keralite.TTF
in C:\Windows\Fonts.
Follow these steps:
- Click the down arrow at the Right
edge of Save in: box
- Click C: drive from the drop down
box
- From the box containing list of Folders
and Files under C:, locate
Windows Folder and Double-click
Windows
- Under Windows find and
Double-click Fonts Folder
- Once Fonts comes up in
Save in: box, click Save
button toward bottom right of Save
As dialobg box
- Once Keralite.TTF is in Fonts
Folder, you will be able to use it in all Windows
Programs with Fonts option
to display Text made using Kerala.[Note:The
font name in font box is Kerala]
