First building at Cherthala Infopark ready
Work on the first IT building at Infopark, Cherthala, one of the three spokes of Infopark, Kochi, has been completed.
Already three companies have set up shop in the first IT building, occupying a total of 5,000 sq ft. Claysys Technologies, based at Infopark, Kochi, has opened its development centre, while Betrons Info Systems Ltd and Webna Web Solutions Pvt Ltd., both BPO companies, have set up shop. Two major IT companies recently evinced interest in the Park and visited and evaluated the potential of the park, sources said.
The completed IT building will accommodate 2,500 employees. The building has warm shell space and plug-and-play facilities. Other facilities include a conference hall, bank, ATM, cafeteria, etc.
