AYURVEDIC MASSAGE
Ayurvedic massage is done in a traditional manner with specially prepared herbal oils. Synchronized massage is benefited in preventing scales, curing rheumatism,arthritis, improving physical consistency, bettering eye sight, sound sleep, increasing life span and general sense of well-being.

Herbal steam bath is explained in Ayurveda as one of the sudation process. Here herbal steam is used to   induce sweating. It   improves peripheral circulation. This reduces high blood pressure. In the process, the system absorbs medicinal particles present in the herbal oil and promotes the elimination of impurities through excretory and secretary outlets such as sweat glands, bowels, lungs, kidney and liver. Besides, the  herbal steam bath will help to reduce stiffness, pain and swelling. Body will become light because of the elimination of excess water and toxins.

For treatment of diseases like paralysis, arthritis, rheumatism, skin diseases and mental disorders the five fold purification therapy (Panchakarma) is highly recommended. This includes medicated oil enema (Snehavasthy), decoction enema (Kashayavasthy), purgation with medicines (Virechana), induced vomiting (Vamana) with medicines and nasal medication (Nasyam). Panchakarma is a pre requisite of Rasayana therapy (Formal rejuvenation therapy) and also is useful in cases of subfertility and impotence.
